Every season has it's own delicacies with reasoning and wisdom...i am a believer of 'Ayurveda' the ancient indian wisdom taught us that food isn't just for living but also to enjoy....and enjoying every moment, every season, every region, every culture and yeah of course Every Meal....

Here to beat the scorching summer heat, i have already welcomed summer with this mouth watering indian summer desert , it just doesn't taste Awsome😋 but also keeps cool😎

So this summer let's make very own and favourite 'Kesar Pista Shreekhand' at home and beat the heat with mouth watering summmer desert.

Today's digital-modern world might look extravagantly charming but it's also kind to understand the nature and food traditions our forefathers had, to enjoy a healthy and sustainable life.

But hey! today we are going to burst these myths and free ourselves from those excuses and understand to learn this NO COOK DESERT that, you can make by yourself at your home in almost no time.

So let's jump into it!....

Today i am sharing a very simple easy and very healthy recipe of KESAR-PISTA SHREEKHAND, which whole family can enjoy, even a fussy child or people with digestion issues.

As this is very light on digestion, keeps body temperature cool and because it is naturally fermented we are even sure that our gut is getting good probiotic which leads for better digestion....

👌

And apart from that, you don't need much of ingredients....

Isn't that even more fascinating??

So let's go forward and find out the ingredients we need:

1 CUP CURD (MAKE CURD AND HUNG FOR OVERNIGHT IN TIED COTTON OR CHEESE CLOTH

1/2 CUP POWERED MISHRI OR SUGAR (YOU CAN ADJUST SWEETNESS AS PER LIKINGS)

1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER

1 TBSP FINELY CHOPPER PISTACHIO

A PINCH OF NUTMEG POWDER

7 TO 8 SOAKED KESAR THREADS

Now let's figure out how to prepare:

➤ In a big bowl, take hangcurd and add powdered sugar and mix well for 10 minutes, mixing ensures the creamy texture of the desert.

➤ Now add all other ingredients and again mix well for 5 mins (leave some kesar threads and chopped pistachio for garnishing)

➤ Keep the bowl in fridge for 10 to 15 minutes

➤ Now tranfer into desert bowls, garnish with kesar threads and pistachio and serve
