While, 'Most Of Us' are losing our sleep due to the pandemic
around, and perhaps heedless of spending enough time to strengthen our own
Immunity – which is probably the only way, to fight the virus at
the moment!
In the previous blog, we have already discussed about ‘WHAT IMMUNITY IS’?
So this would be easier for you to understand, what all required to
keep our immune system healthy and strong.
Frankly leading a balanced healthy lifestyle is the sole best option to a strong immune system.
Because every organism of your body performs at it's best when it
is fueled with well balanced food, a positive environment, and minimal stress.
Here, I am sharing 6 easy tips, in regards to my own personal
experiences, which have really helped me out performing and sustaining a good
health.

WORKOUT
There are enormous benefits to exercise.
Apart from enhancing stamina, confidence and making you look more
attractive, it also improves different components of immune system, immune function,
and increases sleep quality as well.
So go ahead and find some fun exercises of your choice!
Also the most important point is, staying committed to your routine.
Regularity is the key to maintain good health!

DODGE THAT STRESS
It’s not that easy to shift from a stressful playlist inside your mind,
to a peaceful soothing melodious song!
But hey! It’s not that difficult too.
A routine meditation or pray, that allows the brain some ‘Me
Time’ is what it takes.
Your body will connect to more relaxed state and you will feel
rejuvenated with harmony and calm.
3.
KEEP YOUR GUT HAPPY
Food, that accommodate
good bacteria like yogurt, have positive health benefits.
And adding fermented
preparations to your diet promotes the growth of these beneficial bacteria, known as probiotics.
Probiotics, unquestionably help your digestive system function normal and
stay balanced.
Adding Fiber
and whole plant foods like fruits, vegetables,
nuts, seeds, and legumes are rich in nutrients and antioxidants, that may give
you an upper hand against harmful pathogens.
As we have discussed
in previous post that nearly 70% of your
immune system is located in the digestive tract! So it’s foremost important to
keep your gut healthy and happy.

ACQUIRE QUALITY SLEEP
Isn’t this one, is
the most simple and delighted thing? Really!
Getting a good night
sleep zzz!
After all day long
your body’s mechanism need a chance to rest and recover.
So does the immune system can deliver it's best! So optimizing is essential.

from distractions and light digestive dinner habits, may encourage you hit the pillow fast.

REFRAIN FROM REFINED & PACKAGED FOOD PRODUCTS
When you look
forward to strengthen your immune system, choosing over unprocessed-homemade
food habit, certainly does a wonderful job to your overall health.

FOLLOW THE NATURE'S CLOCK
We live in a world
of distractions! Where it’s hard to stick to one particular schedule, followed
by strict timeline. Isn’t it?
But if you develop
the very basic understanding of getting in the rhythm of Sun and Moon,
which is more likely to understand ‘The 24 hour cycle’.
Every tissue and organ
in your body operates in line; with this biological clock, which regulates the
timing of your whole body’s functions- like eating, sleeping and temperature
etc.
When this clock
inside- is off or disturbed, your whole system suffers.
Your sleep, hormonal levels, digestive system and more importantly your immune
system is affected!
Having a biological rhythm
benefits the entire function of your body. So it reasonably makes sense to maintain
a regular schedule. Right?
The first and easiest way to regularize
your biological clock is to be consistent towards sleep and wake up routine ,
then organize and block your eating habits and routines as well.
