So before we jump
into talking about, If we understand what immunity is? It is probably easier
for you to make judgment and identify
what support and strength our immunity and what contradicts.
So let’s quickly go
further and understand in simplest way;
In general words - “IMMUNITY- IS THE
OVERALL HEALTH AND STRENGTH OF ALL ORGANISM IN THE BODY”
Yes it’s that
simple!
Let’s understand a
bit more elaborately;
Apparently when all
organism in our body tend to work perfectly and with their full potential and
strength, and are strong enough to fight any kind of enemy inside the body; which
may call as toxins or infection.
The ability to conquer
these enemies- persist inside our body; decides whether our immunity is high or
low.
So the next question
comes in your mind is, how do we get to know the graph of our immunity?
Following below
points may lead you to understand if your immune system is in rhythm with your
health:

UNDERGO CONSTANT COLD:
When you are constantly
catching colds/cough/fever or any sort of infections, which won’t run it’s
course – that is a clear sign that your immune system is struggling to keep up.
Although, it’s
perfectly normal for adults to catch seasonal infections during weather change
in environment ( which may occur two or three times a year) and it’s absolutely
alright to take three to four days to bounce back and develop antibodies and
fight off pesky germs.

TRACK YOUR DIGESTIVE TRACT:
Do you know, that
nearly 70% of your immune system is located in your digestive tract?
The native microorganism
and beneficial bacteria help and support your gut and immune system. And tips to

When your skin regeneration
process gets delayed, or you have hard time healing your wounds like
cut,burn,scrape etc.
The healing process
depends upon the healthy immune cells.

When you combat
frequent infections, this is big lead that your immune system might be sending
you red flag!

DIMINISHED ENERGY LEVEL:
If your immune
system struggles, so does your energy level.
Constant fatigue and
tiredness, even though you are getting enough sleep,- is a worth considering that your immune system
is trying to indicate you something.
