Welcome with greetings! I am very excited to share my top favorite summer drinks of all times! And the fun part is that, they are quick, easy and tastes super refreshing with loads of nutritional values, which surely adds to our health and immune system
So let's explore!

1. Number one on the list, ofcourse has to be 'King Of Fruits - Mango'. But this drink is made from raw mango. Yes you guessed it right it's 'Kairi Ka Panna'.
Loaded with Vitamin C, this mouth watering drink protects from heat and dehydration and helps in curing indigestion issues. Do add some crushed mint leaves to it, to take it to next level.

2. My next drink is packed with plant protein. This ancient indian drink getting popularity as new super food - 'Sattu'.
There are many varieties of Sattu, but my favorite is with roasted gram (chana),and the best part is, it can be made as sweet and sour both ways, and both tastes amazing. This one is a power house of energy and is worth a try!

3. Next is, not so popular in summers but a basic version of it, can be added in your diet time to time, as it's a naturally fermented drink (typically in urban clay pot) which carries probiotic - 'Kanji'
This drink has a very strong pungent aroma and taste, due to natural fermentation process which promotes healthy gut bacteria.

4. When it comes to summer, The famous aromatic delicate drink, enriched with burst of flavors - 'Thandai' has to be on the list!
Made from seeds and nuts this sweet cool drink is a treat. Packed with many nutritions like protien, calcium, minerals etc., it helps improve digestion, energy and immunity. Do replace refined sugar with either Dates, Kishmish or Mishri to get optimum health benefits.

5. Another on list is rich in antioxidants, this creamy drink serves as an appetizer - 'Solkadi'.
Made from coconut milk and kokum, apart from several other health benefits, it also lowers the level of cholesterol, improves immune system and lowers the chances of developing cancer.

6. Next one is 'Tamarind Cooler'. This one is super refreshing digestive drink is a natural laxative, which prevents atherosclerosis, rich in magnesium, promotes weight loss, good for nerve function, maintains blood pressure, purifies the blood, is anti-diabetic, and good for the skin too.
Apart from above options, Chhas, Lassi, Jaljeera, Nimbu Shikanji are some commonly used summer drinks options with multiple health benefits!
