This is one of my most favorite breakfast recipe in summers!


And the best part is that, along with it's amazing taste, it provide enormous health benefits too!

Apparently due to virus, we all have become conscious and aware towards our Health and Immune System!

But sooner or later it made us realize the value of 'HEALTH IS WEALTH'







And to nurture our Health & Immunity, one of the most important

thumb rule is to stay REGIONAL & SEASONAL!





HERE, I am sharing one very simple, quick RECIPE with simple seasonal ingredient.
SO let's jump into it:



{THIS RECIPE SERVES TWO PEOPLE}




Ingredients:

➤ 2 - Regular Size Peeled & Diced Mangoes

A Handful of Overnight Soaked Nuts of Your Choice (almonds, cashews, figs, dates, walnuts etc.)

1 Teaspoon - Overnight Soaked Sabja Seeds or Chia Seeds (any on of them)

A Glass of Milk ( If your are vegan, soy milk is best)

1/4 Teaspoon of Cardamom Powder

Honey As Per Taste (optional , as the original sweetness from mangoes/figs/dates is more than enough, if you like extra sweet - you can add though)





Recipe:

Blend everything really well together except sabja seeds or chia seeds 

Now serve and garnish with sabja seeds or chia seeds and some finely chopped dry fruits

NOW ENJOY!
